Cancel Plan

Slingshot 45-day Trial Offboarding

You received an email that your Slingshot 45-day trial is coming to an end. Now what? Well, you’ve got a few options.

  • Modify your warehouse schedules before the expiration date.
  • Cancel the trial.

To cancel,

  1. From the top navigation bar, select Account > Manage Plan.
  2. Select Cancel plan.
  3. Confirm you want to cancel using the Continue to cancellation button.
  4. Complete the exit survey.
  5. Use the Cancel my plan to finalize the cancellation.
